yeah!! promos r over!!!

had the last paper today - chinese. yes. its over. can enjoy myself already. at least till sunday nite then i have to study for chem spa.

went out today with jewel and kwee gek. has been a long time since i saw kwee gek. she s grown prettier and more feminine woah. we went to bugis to shop 4 jo s present. had been such a long time since i went there. took quite some time b4 we settle on something to buy. initially wanted to create a retro image for her. polka dotted stuff in bright colours. haha... jo u will look like u come from the 1960s. no worries, we change our mind. we bought u things that are practical. no more soft toys either. we went to the nlb at bugis also. so long since i stepped into a library. we went to borrow books. novels, chinese books(to boost our chinese but hm... the books there are like mostly romance book but i borrowed one on teenage school life) and fairytales!!! jewel borrowed 2 fairytale books, i think. i borrowed a thick one. ya. fairytales r simple to read and no need to infer just as jewel says. gonna spend my time on these fairytales and get back some of my childhood. we walked around. made jewel try out new clothes. its time to change ur wardrobe jewel. just walked and talked, walked and talked.

kelwin and junhong wanted to join us. aiyo. why u guys so leechy one. one go then another can go. like we gals will eat u all up like that. haha... kelwin thought we went to nlb to start mugging for a level s straight after promos. no lah. we not that nuts. just that we haven been reading stuff other than our lecture notes and tutorials. oh ya... must arrange a day to go out celebrate jo s birthday.

on the bus when i was going home, a very funny incident happened. i was sitting down at the window seat when there s this guy who came up on the bus talking on his phone. the bus was crowded, which makes it even more humourous. he was saying something abt breast cancer foundation. he was erm talking loudly and the first mention of the b word i looked up at him. the second time when he repeated, i tried not to laugh. apparently the person on the other end of the phone could only hear cancer foundation but not the b word. so he repeated just the b word twice and everyone was like looking at him. hahahaa... then he realised and quickly added on to his phone convo,''hey u are making me repeating the word very loudly on the bus". oops. i tried to control my laughing but couldn t help smiling to myself :) its really very funny if u were on that bus. luckily i was going to alight at the next time or i will probably just laugh out loud.

tml got choir comm meeting. yeah.. we gonna sing tml. missed singing. gonna practise for the farewell assembly. yeah.

gonna go sim lim square tml after choir. gonna convert the hard disk from my previous com to a hard disk drive. then i also wanna go ikea. need to buy boxes to pack my room up. its like a tychoon pass thru my room in the promos week. everything was dumped everywhere. planning to do everything i need to do this weekend. settle everything asap then i can really settle back into my usual routine.

wah... the haze getting worse. i can see the buildings beyond the next block from my living room. its bad here. its probably worse in indonesia. perhaps they can t even see their fingers when they put out their hand in the haze. let it rain let it rain let it rain. i hope it rains. perhaps we should sing binnamma to get it to rain. shoo, go away haze.
